Dr Amy Beddows Psychotherapy - Edinburgh
Do you feel stressed, unhappy or fearful?
Are you struggling to focus on your goals and responsibilities?
Are you feeling anxious, depressed or low in confidence?
Are addictions or habits holding you back?
Is the past interfering with your present?
Is something keeping you from reaching your full potential?
Life is not always easy to navigate. There is no manual for guidance, no road map for living. The stressful, constantly changing pace of life means that we are never far from crisis and too easily we can become lost, confused and distressed. And the times when we feel stuck and in need of perspective are often when we feel most alone.
Psychotherapy, or talking therapy, can help.
